Knotty Questions [CCS, PG for implied stuff, I think, and Eriol/Tomoyo het]

Title: Knotty Questions
Author: EvilStorm
Fandom: CCS (for friggin' once)
Rating: PG/PG-13, I think, for implied sex.
Type: Het
Disclaimer: CLAMP pwns...I mean owns all.
Summary: Slip-ups do lead to bloody embarassing questions; so how'll they be answered?
Notes: Done for the Name Game challenge in 100 mins, not even counting the bath taken somewhere in-between. Not main fandom, not even main sub-fandom, so it's slow and I bet it's also inaccurate to boot. Characterizations are, like as not, weird. I'm still bad at naming fics, but this one just stuck even though it seemed terribly inappropriate. Very sleepy. Incoherent, yes. The beginning is weird, but the ending is worse, and the middle needs filling out. Augggghh.

Shinigami/Thanks Challenges

Challenge One: Shinigami

One of the most popular thing in series as a character is shinigami. Death Note, Gundam Wing, Yami no Matsuei, Bleach, Full Moon wo Sagashite - there's a trend going on here. (For those of you who may not know or may be relatively new, Shinigami is "God of Death" often used to describe the Japanese version of the Grim Reaper).

Your challenge is to write a fic about one of these "Shinigami" characters. Have a crossover, where Meroko meets Tsuzuki and offers luv advice. Explore Ryuuku. Say what it's like to wake up and find yourself with such a grim job. What is Duo's role, exactly, as Shinigami?

Or do an AU, set in your fav series, where a character meets a shinigami or IS a Shinigami.

2 hours.

Challenge Two: Thanks

For you non-Americans, this week marks the States' Thanksgiving, where we give thanks for our blessings, watch football, and put on 10 pounds from overeating.

The challenge? "Thanks."

You can do a Thanksgiving fic if you really want to, but since our fandoms come from Japan, there's more. Manners are important, and you are to have a character give "thanks" for something. It can be a "thank you" to someone passing the salt, or a look at things the character may be grateful for. Or it can be about a lack of gratitude, when someone deserves thanks but is not given it.

Hiei is always rude and Kurama tries to worm a thank you out of him; Ryoma is grateful to his senpais; Ranma suprises Ryoga by saying thank you.
